Decree No. 71 – DF – 518 of 20 October 1971 on the recognition of a cultural association.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC
Given the constitution of the Federal Republic of Cameroon;
Pursuant to Law No. 67 – LF-19 of 12 June 1967 on the freedom of association;
Considering the request by the head of the association,
ENACTS:
Article: Is recognized cultural association called « Union of Baptist Churches in Cameroon » with headquarters in Douala.
Article 2: approval of the constitution of the board of the association referred to in section 1 above will be subject to an order of the Minister of Territorial Administration.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published in the Official Gazette of the Federal Republic of Cameroon in French and English and sent wherever necessary.
