Decree No. 71 – DF – 639 of 31 December 1971 for the recognition of a cultural association.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC
Given the constitution of the Federal Republic of Cameroon;
Pursuant to Law No. 67 – DF – 19 of 12 June 1967 on the freedom of association;
Having regard to Decree No. 70 – DF – 273 of 12 June 1970 on the organization of the Federal Government of the Federal Republic of Cameroon;
Considering the request by the head of the association.
ENACTS:
Article 1: Is recognized cultural association called « True Church of God of Cameroon » headquartered Kumba.
Article 2 of the Constitution authorized the Board of Directors of the Board of Directors of the group referred to in section 1 above will be subject to an order of the Minister of Territorial Administration.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, provided wherever necessary and published in the Official Gazette of the Federal Republic of Cameroon in French and English.
