is recognized cultural association called Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Cameroon << >> headquartered in Yaounde (Cameroon Eastern).
This recognition does not affect the devolution of property as it has been decided by the civil court of Yaounde, in its hearing on 25 January 1968.
The authorization of the constitution of the group referred to above Administration Committee will be a Minister of State for the Federal Territorial Administration.
