by Decree No. 91/381 of 16 August 1991, is recognized from the date of signing of this decree, called the « National Baptist Church of Cameroon » abbreviated EBNC, whose headquarters is in Minyungu (district cultural association of Dibombari).
» Minister of the Territorial Administration is responsible for the implementation of this decree.
